Privacy Policy
How killertomatoes.com collects, uses, shares and protects your information.
Last Updated: September 24, 2026
W. Finletter Films, LLC (“we” or “us”) operates killertomatoes.com (the “Site”). This Policy explains what we collect through the Site and how we use it. It does not cover Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other third-party service we link to. Those services have their own policies.
What we collect
We do not offer user accounts. We collect information only when you give it to us through a form on the Site, such as signing up for our email list, entering a contest, or contacting us. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email address, social media handle or post link, and, if you win a prize, your mailing address and any tax information the law requires.
Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers also automatically record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, using cookies and similar tools.
If you enter a contest by posting on social media, we view the public post and its public engagement. We do not receive private account information from the platform.
How we use it
We use your information to send you the emails you signed up for, to run contests (verify eligibility, judge entries, contact winners, deliver prizes, and meet tax and legal requirements), to promote the film and our contests where you have given permission to repost your entry, to understand how the Site is used, and to prevent fraud and enforce our rules.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with vendors who help us run the Site, our email list, and our promotions, such as hosting, form, email, and contest administration providers; with shipping vendors to deliver prizes; publicly, if you win a contest, as described in that contest’s Official Rules; when the law requires it; and in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.
Public posts
Anything you post publicly on social media, including a contest entry, can be seen and shared by anyone. We cannot control what others do with public posts.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email or by emailing us. You may ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@killertomatoes.com. We may keep information we need to finish a contest, deliver a prize, or comply with law. If you gave us permission to repost a contest entry and change your mind, email us and we will remove it from channels we control.
Retention and security
We keep contest records for as long as needed to run the contest, resolve disputes, and meet tax and legal obligations, and email list information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
Children and non-U.S. visitors
The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Our contests are open only to adults. The Site is operated in the United States, and information you provide is processed here.
Contests
Each contest we run has its own Official Rules posted on the Site. If you enter a contest, its Official Rules and this Policy both apply. The Official Rules for the current contest are at killertomatoes.com/official-rules.
Changes and contact
We may update this Policy and will post the new date above when we do. Questions: info@killertomatoes.com, or W. Finletter Films, LLC, c/o Peace & Shea LLP, 2700 Adams Avenue, Suite 202, San Diego, CA 92116.
